Project Details

The Quest Sealing Solutions project is a comprehensive Tenant Improvement initiative that bridges high-performance workspace planning with refined corporate identity. The project scope includes both an extensive interior design transformation for the front-of-house office spaces and the functional layout and detailing of back-of-house (BOH) manufacturing areas.
From the outset, design efficiency and coordination were prioritized. Early and ongoing engagement with the tenant ensured that both production logistics and cultural values were deeply understood and integrated. The project team maintained a streamlined and responsive workflow, aligning consultants, client stakeholders, and contractors through all stages of design and documentation.
All architectural and interior design solutions were underpinned by a rigorous review for building code compliance, fire and life safety, and accessibility, ensuring the creative vision was executed without compromise to safety or regulatory requirements. The architectural team led the permitting process and code coordination with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction, maintaining alignment with the Alberta Building Code throughout.
