This project is a comprehensive Tenant Improvement and new construction initiative that integrates high-performance educational planning with thoughtful architectural design. The scope includes both adaptable, collaborative learning environments and the functional layout of administrative and support areas.
From the outset, design efficiency and coordination were prioritized. Early and ongoing engagement with stakeholders ensured that operational workflows, circulation, and programmatic needs were fully understood and incorporated. The project team maintained a streamlined and responsive approach, aligning consultants, client representatives, and contractors through all stages of design, documentation, and construction.
All architectural and interior solutions were developed with rigorous attention to building code compliance, accessibility, fire and life safety, and long-term operational flexibility. The architectural team led permitting and code coordination with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction, ensuring full alignment with the Alberta Building Code while delivering a modern, adaptable, and functional facility.
