This project encompassed the master-planning and phased residential build-out of a 700-acre community just minutes from the city edge. The development integrates a mix of housing forms-single-family, townhomes, duplexes-with public realm infrastructure including parks, paths, and a future mixed-use town centre.
From initial land-use approval through subdivision and construction documentation, the design-team prioritised coordination, phasing, and stakeholder engagement. Early workshops addressed housing typologies, serviceability, circulation, and interface with municipal infrastructure. The project team maintained a responsive workflow linking land-developer, consultants, municipal stakeholders, and contractors across all stages.
All architectural and urban-design solutions were developed under rigorous review of zoning and servicing code compliance, accessibility, fire/water safety standards, and future growth adaptability. The master-plan team led approvals and servicing coordination with the local authorities, ensuring the community vision could be delivered without compromise.
